I don’t care what anyone says blogging is NOT easy, I sometimes think it would be easier to break dance on a pole, but thats just my personal thoughts, well it is easy in a way because all you have to do is write stuff, but anyone can just write stuff right!?, but writing good content that people want to read is the key.
Blogging advice from me would be like buying a “how to sail” ebook from the captain of the Titanic, thats not to say you shouldn’t read any further, oh no, you might want to stick around to see what NOT to do instead, thats the point of this post, don’t do what i’ve done and you will probably make a huge profit from it!;).
You see when you first start blogging you’re hungry for more information, and even more traffic!, I know how it feels to look at your visitor analytics only to see it flatline like the local roadkill after being run over by a snowplough!, yep I’ve been their, but it does improve, you just need to keep at it, keep posting good content and make sure to use as many tools as possible.

For me these sites work great, a good idea is to join groups related to your blog and make friends with as many people as possible, if ya cant beat em, join em right;)).
Oh use http://ping.fm/ to update each one of the profiles above from one place, you just enter your message into the ping box, press submit and it sends that comment out to all your profiles at once, neat stuff!.
For me twitter brings in the most traffic to my blog, so its a good idea to get people to follow you that are involed with the same market you are, how do you do this??, first things first take a look at my twitterholic page http://twitterholic.com/edawg/ , I went through twitterholic in this video post twitter tools , the twitterholic link will show you my twitter stats to see how my followers have increased.(oh crap I forgot to “open links in new window”) , thinking out loud again, ill fix it.:)
One of the reason I get allot of followers is because of Mr Tweet ,what this site does is finds related people using twitter like you, enter your interest, follow Mr Tweet, he then sends you a direct message of all the people you might be interested in following, and most of the time if you follow them, they will follow you back, ive met some truly great people using this, people I would never have found otherwise!, and again dont just use this to get allot of followers and think your great, chat and learn from the people you follow, you can pick up so many neat ideas this way.
Finding niche related forums works pretty well for me too, obviously the most frequented ones are the best, I cant believe I just used the word “frequented”, I even spelled it right, see writing allot with blogging will improve your spelling, forget about money, you get to spell like one of those nerdy kids with the glasses!.:)
Oh if you do worry about how you write, don’t, look at me im awful at it, I cant spell, I have no idea about punctuation and grammar, I thought they were a pop duo from the 60’s?, I really am bad at writing its not funny!, but I just get it all down and out my head before I forget it, then I use my best friend Mr Spellcheck, sounds like a Swedish tennis player huh?, just remember you can always edit after, we are all humans after all;).
Best blogging advice, keep at it, if you suck you will get better, this is where im meant to say that I did right, but im not so sure about that;), just be passionate about your blog, keep it updated, tell others about it, then do it all over again:).
