Ok now with the affiliate resource page up an running, I decided to hit JV’s for the first time, well not literally, unless I need too;), but you know what I mean. JV’s = Joint Venture and basically means(I think), that two parties join together to mutually promote one another’s product.
So I need to find someone willing to back The Twitter Technique enough to promote it to their list, or on their blog, or even both;). So this is what I decided to do.
To narrow the field down a bit and to make sure I have the biggest chance to find someone, I needed to find someone that’s already done this before and preferabley with a similar product, so what better way that Clickbank….
Clickbank To The Resuce
STEP ONE: Find Similar Products.
Into the CB marketplace I roamed, then simply entered twitter into the ‘Keywords:’ box, as above.
Above we have the TOP5 listed Twitter products on Clickbank, im at number 10 and last place, but that’s ok because nobody will see me cheating from way back here:). What I did next was simply copy and paste the name of the #1 Twitter Product “twitter traffic exposed’. Now I have this its on to step 2.
STEP TWO: Finding Possible JV Targets
Open Google up to the all famous search bar, in which I enter twitter traffic exposed review, doing this I would hope to find people that have already reviewed a clickbank twitter product, which means they may also like to try mine too?.
Up pops a list of reviews on twitter traffic exposed, now hopefully I have found some possible people to approach to do a JV offer?, but to double check I’ll click a link…
Bingo a review, and a recent one too. I’m hoping this did really well for the owner of this post, so when my email pops in under the door they are at least a little bit interested in reading it?, PLEEASSEEE. Now all I do is find a ‘contact us’ or email link;).
Now For The Approach
Now im expecting this to be pretty tough going at first, after all who am I right?. But hopefully if I can send the right email out to the people I approach, they will see what im trying to achive, and hopefully see some benefit in it for them also, and not just $$ benefits either, apart from promoting each others products id also like to have them appear on this blog.
With the email im sending out to them, im also asking if they could share with us what kind of things work best for them to accept JV offers, that way you can go off into your own niches and try the things you learn here on your own JV approaches.
I’m pushing it here, but im also asking them to share some information about themselves on this blog too, like how they got started and what they did to become successful online. It would be great to find out more about these people rather than just say “hey I sold some of your stuff too, see you around”.
Like I said above this could take a while, I probably have to perfect an email as you would a sales page to get people interested, but im ready for all the work to come, the worst that can happen is they insult me, but hey I work in retail, I get insulted everyday;). The best that can happen is I get a JV partner and a new friend to steal knowledge off, I mean share knowledge with;), see those emails might take a while to perfect;).
