A grand total of $23.97 since my last affiliate challenge update. Another sale from The Kindle King helped my Clickbank funds increase over the last few days, and I’m hoping that the sales stats for The Kindle King increasing in the Clickbank marketplace will in turn attract more affiliates to promote this product.
The other part of the picture above was taken from a product I was recently trying to promote, this offer gave away a cool piece of software in order for the visitor to hand over their name and email. Once the visitor opted in to receive this software they then counted toward the list above as a lead.
It’s these leads that could result in a sale via direct emails from the free software vendor. If a sale is made I would get credit for the sale and make a commission based on what kind of offer that customer decided to purchase.
Using only free methods like articles and forum posts I managed to get 29 leads to my name, and am currently waiting to see if any of them will result in a sale or not.
By getting good result from trying to sign up leads to a program, I’ve started to research more CPA(Cost Per Action) offers using The Pepper Jam Network. I’ll use PepperJam to find vendors that will pay per lead(PPL), which means they will pay me for sending them qualified customers that enter their email addresses or other required information.
Usually the commission for CPA offers is much lower than the commissions from making a sale, but as I have seen recently its so much easier trying to guide people to opt-in for free, rather than trying to get them to purchase a product and separate themselves from their money.
For example if my 29 leads above actually paid me $1.50 per lead, I’d currently be at about $43 so far this month for jut that one CPA offer. If I then repeated this process for 4 more offers(5 total) with the same results, I’d then be at over $200! This is why I have started to think more about writing future articles promoting CPA offers.
